e4LiFe Ltd are a UK based company and provide shipping / delivery within Mainland UK Only

  1. Order processing times.​

    1. Your order will be processed within 1 working day of receiving order via website at 'e4LiFe.uk' and confirmation of funds via our 3rd party payment processing supplier.​

    2. Goods in-stock will be processed and shipped within 3 working from the order confirmation and payment.

    3. Goods on back-order 'also known as pre-orders' will be shipped as soon as goods arrive back in stock at e4LiFe Ltd.  On confirmation of your order you will receive a estimated delivery date. This date is only a estimation and subject to change / amendment. e4LiFe Ltd will not be held responsible for any delay in orders of back-orders / pre-orders.

  2. Shipping / Delivery costs

    1. Shipping costs will be estimated at time of checkout on our website.​

    2. Shipping costs will be included in final amount payable via e4LiFe check-out on e4LiFe.uk

    3. e4LiFe may use a range of different 3rd party carrier services to provide shipping / delivery to our customers. 

  3. Domestic and international shipping options

    1. e4LiFe Ltd provide shipping / delivery options via a suitable carrier company to mainland UK only. ​

  4. Potential service interruptions

    1. e4LiFe Ltd use 3rd party carrier services to ship/deliver all good via our website at www.e4LiFe.uk​

    2. All goods are shipped with insurance to cover the value  (cost price) of goods. Should a item be damaged or lost during shipping / delivery please contact e4LiFe Ltd direct.

    3. e4LiFe Ltd will not be held responsible for any delays caused by 3rd party carrier services once goods have left e4Life Ltd premises to customer.

    4. By using e4LiFe Ltd services and placing a order via our website or any other platform you are also agreeing to the terms and conditions of any 3rd party carrier service we choose to use for shipping / delivery of your goods (products)
